With People First  as one of our Core Values, IES is strongly committed to the safety and well-being of our employees.

We work closely with our client companies to ensure safe work conditions and to provide employees with the appropriate training necessary to keep them safe on the job.

In keeping with our commitment to employee safety, IES is a proud member of the National Safety Council and has certified POSH (Principles of Occupational Safety and Health) personnel available to work with clients and employees on improving job safety and preventing workplace injuries.

National Safety Month

As a member of the National Safety Council, Innovative Employee Solutions is committed to maintaining safe worksites and eliminating workplace hazards.
